Refund & Return Policy

At Airpods.pk, we’re committed to providing you with 100% genuine and brand-new products. We carefully check and pack every order to make sure it reaches you in perfect condition. We do not offer cash refunds. We only provide product exchanges if certain conditions are met. Please read this policy thoroughly before making a return request.

When Can You Request an Exchange?

We only accept exchange requests under specific circumstances, and they must meet all the following criteria.

  • If you receive a wrong item, such as a different model or product than what you have ordered.
  • Your product arrives physically damaged.
  • Or the package is missing essential parts or accessories.

If you meet that criteria than you will be eligible for an exchange, you will receive a replacement of the product after informing us about any of the above issues on the same day of receiving the product. Our exchange window lasts 7 days from the day you receive your order. If more than 7 days have gone by, we won’t be able to assist you with an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and must be returned in the original packaging, with all contents.You must include a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation when returning the product and any visible or physical damage must be reported immediately through video evidence on our WhatsApp.

To return a product, please email us at [email protected] with the necessary details. Once we get your returned item, our team will inspect it to make sure it meets our requirements. We’ll then email you to let you know if your return has been approved or not. If it is approved, we’ll quickly process your exchange and ship out your replacement. We don’t accept returns or exchanges simply because you’ve changed your mind or don’t like the product. So, please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Note: If you are returning more expensive items, kindly consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Brands Products Warranty

If products come with the manufacturer’s official warranty (where applicable). Warranty claims must be processed through the brand’s authorized service centers. All warranty support is provided by the respective brand according to its warranty terms and conditions.

For customer convenience, we also offer warranty claim assistance. If you wish to process your warranty claim through us, you must send the product to our address at your own shipping expense. A service fee of PKR 500 will be charged for processing and handling the warranty claim.

Warranty approval, repair, replacement, or rejection remains subject to the brand’s warranty terms and the decision of the authorized service center.

Non-Eligible Products

Products marked as “Sale” or bought under clearance offers cannot be exchanged or returned.

Order Cancellation/Changes

Customers can cancel or modify their orders within 2 hours of placing them. After 2 hours, the order is confirmed, and we cannot cancel, modify, or hold it, and the order must be received as placed.
