Orders received by 12:00 PM shall be processed the same day whereas orders received after 12:00 PM shall be processed the following day. Delivery time of 3-4 working days shall be counted from the order processing date. In rare cases delivery time may exceed 3-4 working days.

2. 200 is charged as standard shipping rate.
3. All orders weighing 1-2 kg will be delivered all over Pakistan. For greater weights, nominal freight charges at actual shall be charged for all orders outside Karachi.

ADVANCE PAYMENT REQUIREMENT

For orders to cities other than main cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad):

Advance payment of Rs. 500 is required

Remaining amount payable on delivery (Cash on Delivery)

For orders above Rs. 5,000 (all cities):

Advance payment of Rs. 500 is required

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders once processed (dispatched) can’t be cancelled. In the event of the customer canceling the order at the time of delivery and/or refusing to take delivery an order cancellation charge of Rs. 250/- shall be levied. This charge is non-negotiable and irrevocable.

RETURNS POLICY
