Fusion has a look that stands apart from the usual TWS Earbuds case, its charging case has a compact, rounded shape with a metallic finish and an RGB light bar across the front, giving Fusion a distinctly gaming-inspired look.

Zero Fusion

Zero Fusion is built around a 13mm copper-ring dynamic driver and active noise cancellation, giving it a feature set aimed at both music and everyday use. The earbuds combine noise control with dual microphones, while the Bluetooth connection handles wireless listening across compatible devices.

Connectivity is handled by Bluetooth 5.4, with a stated wireless range of up to 10 metres. Fusion also has several pairing features built into the system, including Quick Pairing in under one second, Auto Pairing when the case is opened, Popup Pairing, and Hyper Sync for reconnecting with a previously paired device. Master-Slave Switching is another useful addition, allowing the earbuds to work independently when you only want to use one side.

With the metallic RGB case, 13mm drivers, ANC, Bluetooth 5.4, touch controls and independent earbud switching, Fusion brings together a fairly broad feature set in a compact TWS design.

Technical Specifications

40dB Active Noise Cancellation

Fusion offers up to 40dB Active Noise Cancellation to help reduce surrounding sound while listening. The dual microphones also provide noise-reduction support for calls.

If you want a stronger calling and noise-control setup, Zero Nebula Earbuds offer Hybrid ANC with a six-microphone system.

13mm Copper-Ring Dynamic Drivers

13mm copper-ring dynamic drivers are designed around deep bass, clear vocals and balanced highs. Zero lists a 20Hz–20kHz frequency response and 117dB sensitivity for the audio system.

Metallic RGB Charging Case

Charging case is one of Fusion’s more noticeable design elements. Its metallic finish is paired with an RGB light bar, giving the case a more distinctive appearance than a standard plain charging case.

Bluetooth 5.4 and Quick Pairing

Fusion uses Bluetooth 5.4 with a stated wireless range of up to 10 metres. Quick Pairing, Auto Pairing, Popup Pairing and Hyper Sync are included to make connecting and reconnecting the earbuds simpler.

Battery and Charging

Each earbud has a 40mAh battery, while the charging case has a 400mAh capacity. Playback is rated at up to 5.5 hours, with standby time reaching up to 90 hours.

The case charges through USB Type-C and takes approximately 1.5 hours for a full charge.

Master-Slave Switching

Master-slave switching allows the earbuds to operate independently when required. This gives you the option of using either side on its own instead of always using both earbuds together.

IPX4 Splash Resistance

Fusion earbuds have an IPX4 rating for protection against light splashes. This adds some everyday protection when you’re using them in situations where they may encounter small amounts of moisture.
